The Court is setting up a Graduate Programme of limited-duration contracts aimed at attracting talented recent graduates with an advanced university degree.Up to six candidates will be offered a one-year fixed-term contract, beginning on 16/09/2017 and renewable for one further year, as a member of the contract staff .
QUALIFICATIONS:
A level of education corresponding to completed university studies of at least three years attested by a diploma or, where justified in the interests of the service, professional training of an equivalent level. To participate in the Graduate Programme, candidates must also have completed a Master’s degree or a doctorate not more than two years prior to the closing date for applications in a field of interest to the Court: audit, economics, banking, accounting, European law, business administration or political sciences.
– Knowledge in one or more of the following fields would be an asset but is not a prerequisite:
agriculture, rural development, fisheries, environment, climate, consumer health, food;
management and audit of European structural and investment funds, transport, energy, public policy, regional and territorial development, social inclusion, tourism;
external actions, justice and security policy;
finance, banking;
financial instruments, public sector governance, budgetary management and regulation, EU administration.
– A thorough knowledge of one of the languages of the European Union and a satisfactory knowledge of another EU language. As the Court’s working languages are English and French, a very good command of spoken and written English or French is required.
– Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
