Shining Stars of Europe is a Video Contest inviting people from all over Europe and beyond are invited to make a short video clip (maximum 2 minutes) presenting their way to connect with their peers, the environment, and themselves!

Three winning groups will receive travel & project grants which will allow them to put their ideas into practice.

An international Jury will select the 15 best video clips which will be shown at the finals in various countries between October and November 2016.

Finalists will also be invited to join one of the finals.

Deadline to sbmit entries: 18 September 2016.

The contest is co-organised by the European Commission and the European Parliament, in cooperation with the European Youth Conference under the Slovak EU Presidency 2016.
