Launched in the framework of the research and innovation project EUth, by the European Youth and Counselling Agency (ERYICA), the idea is to support 10 project proposals with 10 000 EUR each to implement youth eParticipation projects using the digital toolbox “OPIN”. Projects should build a bridge between young people and decision-makers with the help of “OPIN”. There are very diverse possibilities and options to initiate eParticipation projects with both online and offline components.
Projects should involve young people in a decision-making process, target young people between 15 and 30 years old, combine online and offline participation, use one or more functionalities of the OPIN platform and be technically feasible with the OPIN software.
Legally established youth (work) organisations, non-governmental organisations targeting young people or public administrations of any size and level, registered and working in one of the 47 member states of the Council of Europe, Belarus or Kosovo can apply by 31st December 2016, 12:00 CET.
